Hotel Mediterraneo, a 4star hotel in the historic center of Rome, was designed in 1938 by Mario Loreti, and is located on the highest of Rome's seven hills, the Esquilino. It offers its guests a magnificent panoramic view of Rome.
The hotel was initially designed to be a hotel in the grand European style and this goal has indeed been fulfilled. With 254 rooms on 10 floors, the building stands over fifty m high.
