The hotel is named after the nearby Mausoleo di Santa Costanza, built for Princess Costanza, daughter of Emperor Costantino; during the sixth century it becomes the Santa Agnese’s Basilica Battistero.
The hotel has been lately completely refurbished, adding modern comfort to its classical and warm hospitality.
